The Taylor Machine Work's TX4 Series of lift trucks are 4WD and specifically designed for one specific job: transporting material in the harshest and most difficult environments you can imagine. A few of the terrain these types of machinery work in consists of: snow, mud or uneven and rough environments. The TX4 delivers unparalleled performance and has become the top option for many industries.
Different compared to other comparable articulated lift truck units, the TX4 is not a front loader chassis with a fork attachment. Instead, it is an articulated material handler specifically and completely manufactured and engineered by Taylor Machine Works.
Offered these days, there are 3 different load capacities. The TX4 unit is an articulated 4-wheel drive lift truck made to out-perform the front-end loader lift trucks. Typically, in order to achieve the same capacity from a front-end loader or lift truck, the front-end loader or lift truck would have to be larger than the 132 inch wheelbase that comprises the TX4 Series. The TX4 Series articulated 4WD forklifts are true rough terrain forklifts. They were designed to have no deration in full turns. As well, this model is available direct from the plant with 11 feet of vertical lift.
Taylor Machine Works' TXB Series of rough terrain forklifts are some of the strongest and very durable and really maneuverable high-capacity rough terrain forklifts available for the wood products industry. The only USA producer who makes and designs rough terrain lift trucks with eighteen thousand pounds to thirty thousand pound rated capacities is Taylor Machine Works. Hence, they have become the leader within this specialized field within North America and have earned a solid reputation within this niche.
The TXB series of lift trucks all come with a a Tier Certified Cummins electronic turbocharged charge after-cooled or air to air diesel engine. Several of the standard engine features comprise electronic diagnostic maintenance and engine/transmission protection systems, fuel/water separator, reduced overall emissions and improved fuel economy.
The TXB series utilizes a 3-speed, modulated transmission, fully reversing powershift transmission. This type of transmission is also outfitted with electric roll shift control, inching ability as well as a separate cooler for air-to-oil.
Taylor has built numerous equipments to deal with the harshest settings. These types of machinery have the capability to function at their optimum levels in some of the harshest applications. They are both reliable and tough and made to last and get the job done in a timely and efficient manner.

This factory is 1 km away from the existing factory near the city of Pitesti in the County of Arges. The plant is called Arges II. There are also two plants within the USA, the former Bill-Jax.

The company supplied 7 steam engines to the Voiron-Saint-Béron railway. Pinguely was not considered a main locomotive manufacturer in terms of numbers produced. The company provided a steam train to the Chemin de Fer du Haut-Rhône in 1930 and by the year 1932, Pinguely started making steam shovels. Steam locomotive production was stopped and the company began focusing instead on mobile cranes and manufacturing earthmoving machines instead.
