Reconditioning Method
Every machine has been carefully checked with all safety bulletins and outstanding updates completed before disassembly. Prior to being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required equipment to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a state of the art blasting booth as well as a complete paint line and oven.
Each and every Skyjack equipment put back together based on OEM standards and certain components are replaced with new ones. The parts that get replaced includes: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, hoses and filters, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Moreover, each and every unit receives new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
